My secret recipe ~~~o Kuih Lapis

My secret recipe ~~~*o*

**...Kuih Lapis

Bahan-bahan ( square baking tin-small )

250g butter
1 1/4 cawan gula castor
7 biji telur
1 sudu kecil esen vanilla
1 paket Cream Crackers (kalau bole yg tawar)
1/2 cawan susu segar
1/2 cawan susu pekat
Coloring ikut suke
Sunsweet prune or asam deduwit

Cara-cara

Sediakan pengukus, grease kan loyang. Sementara tu, blend cream crackers hingga jd halus.
Pukul butter dan gula hingga kembang kemudian masukkan telur sebiji sebiji sambil kacau ngan mixer.
Masukkan esen vanilla, susu segar dan susu pekat kacau.
Masukkan biskut yg dah diblend td sedikit demi sedikit hingga bancuhan jadi tak terlalu cair atau pekat.
Bahagikan adunan ikut color yg disukai. 2-3 color sesuai, dan bancuhkan setiap adunan yg dibahagikan 3 tadi.
Masukkan 4 sudu untuk 1st layer-ori color, kukus 10 minit. Kemudian 2nd layer-red color, 3rd layer-green color, 4th layer bolehla letak prune or asam deduwit tu. Repeat step ni hingga loyang penuh.
Masukkan dlm oven (medium heat) selama 10 minit untuk kek tahan lebih lama
